The Coral Gables Council of the Knights of Columbus is hosting a series of dinners celebrating the “Year for Priests” in its Council Hall in 2009-2010, to provide priests in Miami Dade county with the opportunity to have an evening of relaxed conversation and good food in the company of their brother priests each month.  All priests serving in Miami Dade County are invited to these "black and white collar" dinners which will take place at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 270 Catalonia Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134 the second Thursday of each month through June 2010 with the exception of November and December 2009, and March and April 2010.. These dinners are not just a way for us to give back to those that serve us and our families, but also a way to honor the memory of our founder, Rev. Michael J. McGivney.  Brother Knights wishing to volunteer to plan, cook, and serve the meals and set up and clean up afterwards are encouraged to contact either co-chair Adolfo Diaz or Ralph Egues.
